Nice car mang. Looks kinda like Pete's 85. That car would make a great HO conversion candidate. Keep up the good work.

Damn that is nice! I wish my car was in that great of shape! But I guess it makes it easier to justify being a track car.

WOW. That thing is cherry inside and out! I'm with Blaze on this one, all I can do is WISH my car was anywhere near as clean as yours.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I plan (with your help) to do a full H.O. conversion as well as a 4.10 traction lock rear end and a shift kit (and governer). This car was garaged from 1990-2003 I bought it with 16k miles on it from a little old lady. No one had ever sat in the back seats. I'm going to the latrobe PA meet with this car and of course i'll be at ScottFest. Thanks again, look forward to metting u all.

    you're goin to SF?
    heck, I should go now
    that looks awesome!
4.10s should make it a lot faster.
the full HO convo will bring you right up to about 215hp.
there's a few other options as far as heads/intake/headers go.
1.7 or 1.72 roller rocker arms would surely help..you can get a set of them fairly cheap on the mustang forums like www.corral.net
I know a guy on there that's a few miles from my place(I met him on the site) he got me a lot of parts...
like my edelbrock intake, my distributor, wires, coil, MSD box and even a set of 1.72 roller rockers for only 150bux...they were bought new($260) and only used for 15 mins...the guy who had them thought they made his cam too aggressive.
what Blaze did to his Vic is Ideal for a car that needs to be driven daily, but you still want some power.

I think that is the first red interior in a CV that isn't faded at the top of the seats. Nice mang!

You probably already know, but just in case, 4.10 gears are gonna kill your highway economy. I'd say don't go to 4.10s if 1/4th your driving is highway, but it's your car so go for it if you want.

Also, with lower gears and a HO conversion you should think about upgrading brakes, maybe to rear disks. You can also upgrade to 98+ front brakes, but those require 16" or bigger wheels. Have fun with it.

BTW, mang, I like the 5.0 emblems on the back!
I got those on my front fenders, but they're not in my sig pic...
    here's a pic of them:

I took this pic last weekend, so I still have my winter wheels on there
    hmm...
I just noticed that the trim on the armrests(on the doors) are red as well...did it come like that or did you do that? cuz it looks nice!

The fuel economy doesn’t concern me at all…. I think the AOD has a .6to1 OD ratio… I can’t keep my foot out of it anyways. I don’t do much highway driving, but when I do the added performance will be worth it. Do I have to change the master cylinder to do a rear disc conversion? Can anyone tell me EXACTLY what I need to do an H.O. conversion? The trim is all stock.....and I can thank 13 years of darkness for the lack of typical upolstry fade.

    HO conversion consists of:
HO upper intake manifold, EGR spacer and Throttle Body(lower intake is the same)
    HO computer
    19lb Fuel Injectors
    E7 Heads
    HO Cam
Shorty Headers( I recommend 1 5/8" headers instead of the stock mustang shorties)

I dont think I missed anything...I'm sure someone else will post if I did

I think he means a walkthrough of a HO conversion, and i'm pretty sure we don't have one. I'd like one for when I decide to put E7's and a 351 cam into a carbed Vic, since I don't know what i'm doing.
