I usually have alot of gear in the car all the time, since I am still Fire / Rescue...

                  1. trauma kit... About 50 lbs.. Large back pack style, with an qxygen set up in it.
                  2. Bunker gear--- Coat / Pants / Gloves / Boots / Helmet / Airpack
                  3. 20lb Fire Extinguisher
                  4. Small extication equipment Hooligan tool / axe
                  5. My Nikon camera set up / digital camera
                  6. Rain coat
                  7. Small tool box

When I go to a show, I add the lightbar in the trunk, until I get to the show... Then put it on the car

When Jason and myself travelled to Chicago last year...
                  1. Lightbar
                  2. Radar
                  3. Other police equipment, including decals
                  4. Luggage for both me and Jason.
                  5. Large cooler for ice, food, and cokes
                  6. Both of our computers (Notebook)
                  7. Other assorted things for the trip
                  8. Clean up kit wax / glass cleaner / touch up paint / paint for rims - pushbumpers
9, Larger tool box than I usually carry
                  10. Extra alternator just in case

So yes, I really need the extra spring-age!!!!

Looks good. I would have thought the rear would have been lifted more with those springs. I had the straight rate wagon coils in mine, and it seemed to be higher (to my dismay). It looks good, just the right amount of lift.

Oh, those are wagon springs! Wasn't obvious from the initial posts.

Potentially dumb question: why change to heavier springs instead of keeping the stock springs and adding airbags?

No dumb questions, but many dumb answers...

My first thoughts would be cost and ease of install.

Ease of install I could see, but if I remember right, the bags mrltd has were about $75 or $85 for the pair, and aren't springs in the area of $60 each?

And yes, I'm thinking of airbags somewhere down the road for both the wagon (to replace or maybe supplement the air shocks) and for my P72.

The springs, with my discount at Advance, were 78.00 for BOTH... (Usually about 89.00)
                              They come as a pair.

Another 30 some dollars for the shocks.. And I don't have to worry about leaks...
