Just wanted to jump on here and give a quick hello. Just picked up a 06 MGM LS from the local dealer yesterday. Have been looking for a full-sized RWD V8 sedan for some time, and had the Panther platform pegged as my choice. Had been looking at P71's for awhile, but stumbled across this MGM with 43k on the clock for a reasonable price.
Coming from a 2001 Ranger. I'm stoked to have leather seats, power windows and locks, keyless entry... the list goes on and on. Looking to add some fresh all-season tires and remote start in a couple of weeks when Uncle Sam writes me my yearly check.
Also looking to add an aftermarket head unit and my 12" Kicker to the trunk. Don't need anything too crazy, just something to make the range a little bigger for listening to my tunes. I'm trying to decide if I want to go for a new setup, or to take the Pioneer HU out of my truck which is all setup for iPod control. I did go have a look at the Kenwood BT948HD and kinda liked it. Built in bluetooth, HD tuner, Pandora compatible with a smartphone. Decisions, decisions...
