What setup will you be going will on the rear? Does it still have that tempuredic feel when cruising ?

I'm going with black Energy Suspension bushings in the control arms. KYB Gas-A-Just shocks. Moog Variable rate cargo coil springs (P/N: CC819).
I think thatt's it for now.
I'm trying to source either CVPI or used ADDCO sway bars.
Mind you, this is my beater, and I'm not dumping a crazy amount of money into, but I need it to last at least another 200k. So to me, it's worth it.
I'm not going to put after market control arms in it. I'm not building my car for power; only efficiency.
And to answer your couch-like ride question?
No. It's lost the couch ride. Especially with the low profile tires. But it handles pretty decently right now. I just need to finish the rear.

Just did inner and outer tie rods, with idler arm...man what a difference on my 98 Whale...Got upper and lower control arms...with Moog Taxi springs coming.

Regarding those black Energy Suspension bushings....is it hard to get the stock bushings out of my new control arms (never replaced these before)...so I can swap them out ...

You have to burn them out. It makes a bit of a smoke show though.

Well I did the upper and lower control arms w/ new ball joints.....
I put in Moog 80090 front springs; looks like my ride is lifted about 2 inches in the front. (saw some posts on CrownVic about this)
It sure can take a curb....
I really dont care what my ride looks like...(my box is for that)...any mechanical issues I may have with a raised end?
Should I compensate anything in the rear?
