What isn't working, won't turn on at all? Make sure the cables are hooked up, the vac lines and electrical plugs are connected to the cruise servo too. Often those buttons on the wheel fail. I don't have the manual handy to check for what button is supposed to read what resistance tho.

See the coffee can looking thing on the right side of your sig image. The servo is the thing just behind that. Could be your VSS sensor, that is locaed on the tailhousing on your tranny. Mine went dead a while back and I had to replace it. VSS is the vehicle speed sensor. Basicaly it's a generator and how much voltage it produces detirmines how fast the cruise controle thinks you are going.

thanks blaze. i found the problem. the wiring was disconnected from the servo. so that was an easy fix. now i have to pull the fuel sending unit to see whats wrong w/ it. i hate not knowing how much gas i actually have.

Check all the wire connectors to the sending unit first they become corroaded often.

i checked the wiring and it is all ok. i pulled the sending unit and the float wasnt there. i then pulled the tank to check for it and nowhere to be seen. i went to the Ford Dealer and got one for $6.66. now it needs to dry up and stop raining so i can get back under there
