What isn't working, won't turn on at all? Make sure the cables are hooked up, the vac lines and electrical plugs are connected to the cruise servo too. Often those buttons on the wheel fail. I don't have the manual handy to check for what button is supposed to read what resistance tho.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

See the coffee can looking thing on the right side of your sig image. The servo is the thing just behind that. Could be your VSS sensor, that is locaed on the tailhousing on your tranny. Mine went dead a while back and I had to replace it. VSS is the vehicle speed sensor. Basicaly it's a generator and how much voltage it produces detirmines how fast the cruise controle thinks you are going.
