The carb and intake appear to match in your picture. There would have to be an adapter plate between the carb and intake if one were spreadbore and the other was not.

What is the year and engine code from the metal engine ID tag? Not the CI, but the engine code. It will start with 3 numbers and may have a letter(s) after them.
yes theres a 4 with a big dot next to it..............where is this id tag?

Not all engines have them, but tags/markings are usually on the back of the block.

It may be out of a '70 Torino, but it is probably not a '70 engine. The tag is attached to the coil bolt at the intake. I can see it in the picture. There should also be a carb tag. What is the date code cast into the intake? Post all of the tag numbers if you can. Also, there should be a tag on the tranny attached to the servo cover. D1 cast heads started using the dot.

You will sometimes find a stamping on the drivers' side of the block behind the head above the bellhousing area.

It does have the 4V quench heads right?

Yeah, that's right. I'm getting those confused. In the back of my mind remember seeing those tags somewhere.

The tag numbers will tell. If it is a holley pattern intake/carb, then it is probably an early '71 model year production engine and it will have the D1AE cast quench heads. If it is a spreadbore intake/carb then it will be open chamber heads, 4-bolt block and small (high stall) converter in the C-6.

Intake says D0AE and the tag on the coil bracket tag says 351c 71-3 4 K616J back of the head has a 6 cast into it.

D0AE intake is the holley pattern. The 616 engine code should be a '71 M code 4V motor. The block casting number should be D0AE-J. Closed chamber heads 2 bolt block.
I am curious what the tranny tag says. What is the date cast in the intake? It would be in the format of 0K4 . The first digit is a number.
