I took apart a Ford lifter, and compared it to a TFS lifter I bought. The Ford lifter had a much more rugged lifter cup. The TFS looks a little different on the outside.
I'd say if you were going to buy them, buy FRPP ones. If yours are fine though, I would re-use them.
the roller lifters are usually pretty durable. If they aren't noisy, and don't show signs of scarring on the sides or the wheel, they're likely just fine.
