I have yet to see if the quarterhorse will allow for cruise control operation on a Mustang ECM. Don't have a car to test it on...

Okay.....So this is what I have compiled with the help of all of you guys.....

HO with Mass Air Conversion For 87 Crown Victoria

Pin 3= Tap VSS+ signal from cruise computer and add pin here

Pin 6= Tap VSS- signal from cruise computer and add pin here

Pin 9= MAF return (tan/light blue on Maf harness)

        Pin 11= Remove TAD

Pin 19= FPM (You tap the fuel pump side of the fuel pump relay for the monitor wire and add pin here)

        Pin 32= Add TAD

        Pin 38= Add TAB

Pin 46= REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE VAC LINE FROM THE MAP SENSOR. MAP BECOMES BARO

Pin 50= MAF Signal (light blue/red on Maf harness)

        Pin 51=Remove TAB

***Maf power from Pin 37 or 57 (Red wire on Maf harness)

***Maf ground from Pin 40 or 60 (Black/White stripe on Maf harness)

Removing smog pump but keeping ac requires a 56” belt. The vacuum line that goes to the side of the smog pump comes from the cruise servo. Trace that line out to find the check valve and the funky tee check valve. Replace the tee with the other check valve to connect the cruise servo back to the vacuum manifold and you're done.
