The 9.4102 are the taller universal fit ones. The body bushing is 1-5/32" on these. The 9.4101 universal is 13/16"

Both require a pilot washer to make up the diameter difference.

There are 90 something bushing kits ES sells, something may be closer. There is a Bronco kit that looks close. 4.4110

Found a dude online that fabs derby parts and is making weld in motor mounts for the panther chassis. I'm not affiliated with him, just found these to be interesting.

Reason for that is?? Seems like it would make it rightly irritating to replace the motor mounts down the road.

Not a big deal for derby cars... but yeah... pita for drivers.

Body mounts came today. All the other bushings i'm using are red, might as well be consistent.

I'm painting the frame and underbody black while it's torn apart, it will be a nice contrast. My wheels are flat black and have a painted red line on them, to simulate a red line tire. There will be subtle red accents throughout.

Since you're an engineer/machinist, you should totally make some
of those body mount spacers that people always seem to need

That could be arranged. I also want to design some reinforcement plates to weld into the rear control arm frame mounts and beef them up when it is out.

I looked at the control arms mounts again today, they certainly could use some help. Would be a good time to do it. Curious what you'll come up with.

yeah, the arm mount points are definitely not that beefy, especially if you stiffen up the arms and bushings.
