i replaced the soup can and it still kinda goes to defrost and blow heat under a load i know i should check for more vacuum leaks where should i start thou... its not as bad as before but still happens

ok i took out and deleted thermal blower lockout... still happens and the check vavle is the thing right under it right with the copper tubbing... I took that off by acciedent when i deleted my smog equipmentsigpic1986 Crown Victoria 302 Cold Air,Mac Shorty headers, Full Dual Exhaust with Super Forty Flows, Wagon Suspension with a Full Sound System Replacement 1/4 time 17.486 @ 77.43mph

no, not that check valve. When you deleted the TBL, did you seal up the lines properly? If they're not sealed, thats the problem.

You just have to make sure they're sealed up completely. I've used snug fitting screws dipped in RTV to seal those up.
No idea if they have a check valve or not. Not sure how one would work, unless its got a dedicated vacuum source and vacuum load ports. I would just use the stock check valve, and plumb the hose to a port that has no check valve. Be sure the un-used ports are all capped off too.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
