I came across my vic from my parents after my mom hit a 80lb+ dog and totaled the front end out, she sat for 2yrs then after I graduated I took over her restoration.

Now after 3 months on the road she is running again, and I am having to replace things here and there but otherwise she runs fine.

As for the name "Gladys" I orignally wanted her to be called Bertha, but my cousin suggested Gladys and the name stuck....

    Thanks All-

Calm down man, a simple question asking why he made another would have sufficed, lol.

              What's with the anger??

But anyways, nice to see that she's almost back on the road Wes!!

That is a fairly straight car. Are you going to paint it eventually? Those cam specs look good. It must give you a bit of torque looking at the exhaust specs. How's the idle on that?

Well....As far as the Idle goes its really nice and smooth...Put 8-9-ish gallons of fuel in her and the whole acceleration problem virtually diappeared...IDK...lol

Put a new stereo in and it aint sounding all that bad...

                        Heres what I now have...

                        1-1,200w Sony Xplod 12" Subwoofer-Soon to be 4...
                        1-750w Lightening Audio Amp
                        Monster Cable Amp Wiring kit

And a few other knickknacks...All to the grand total of $252.25......Oh well...More later...Oh yea...HOw was my idea of blackening out the INNER headlight bezels?

                        Thanks all-

Damn! She does have one straight body...

Painting the inner headlight bezels is a pretty good idea... go for it. You are talking about the metal trim around the headlights, right?
