the MAP and its line (to run)
both items at the trottle body (VOTM and CM) (to idle in the cold) and thier solenoid
Im not sure how diabling the EVAP affects drivability, but you can let it vent to the atmosphere, or you could cap it... but Im not sure what that does.
The solenoid that controlls EVAP also operates the exhaust flapper valve thats at the end of the exhaust manifold, I removed this thing from my car and it still warms up ok.
So if you toss both, you can get rid of that solenoid also.
If you are getting rid of the smog pump, you can get rid of everything else on the left and the plumbing - those are the combo valve and solenoids for the smog pump, and can go
If you are getting rid of the EGR, you can remove the 2 middle valve cover solenoids and all the plumbing.
Pennsylvania has emmisions inspections so be careful what you remove.
