If its your first time, you should bring a sizeable gift for every 'veteran.'
Last year all I brought was the red box, a tent, sleeping bag, laptop, clothes, bathroom goods, and cash (cash is important; you never know when you might need to buy something). If you don't bring food, give Scott some money or pitch in when folks go to the store to buy stuff.
The gift for the veterans is not to be taken lightly. We have high expectations...

Just bring what you would for a 3-night campout with facilities, and whatever tools you might need and parts you might sell/trade.
Don't forget warm clothes... I was unprepared for the chilly nights last year, but luckily Tom was there to help keep me warm I dunno if he would tolerate other peoples funk though, mine is magical.
yes warm clothes are a must it got really cold last year during the nights like in the high 40's lol also make sure to bring some money or some food it will really help out scott mang also make sure to bring you camera for those picture moments lol. and have fun that's what scottfest is all about. ah memories for example when me thain naters tom and laura spent like 2 hours at the st clair wallmart to look for the peanut oil for the turkey fryer lol. and llike the time I got shit face last year mang that hangover sucked. fun times fun times

Also extra toiletries and kitchen stuffs are good to bring too... Im sure we used up all Scott's TP so if a couple people want to bring a jumbo pack of TP that would be good. Also similar stuff like paper towels, trash bags, plastic cutlery, bulk snacks or even a main dish of food would be good.
Ditto on the cameras too, the best pics are usually when we are all winding down drinking a few beers or more, pics like this one!
