keep the rpms low, and keep the coolant a little low, this will keep the pressure down. I would say drive with the cap cracked but i did that once and forgot about it.... u could always get one of those cheap stant safety pressure release caps and just leave the lever up.... mine leaked for prob 8-9months.... it would only do it when i ran it hard...... nothing like the smell of coolant burning off cats.....

Mr Tire
7224 Ritchie Hwy, MD 21061
have a hunter 611...
can getcha an alignment for around 60.00 (all factory adjustment)
camber/caster block more money, 1hr labor 45.00 plus the block but thats nothing.
I can Align anything, had a 65 mustang on the rack today with a I6 and a 3 speed whoooo hooo. the damn thing had 3* of caster split and both individual specs were both negitive, I wonder if the upper control arm bushings had something to do with it, oh wait maybe the problem was its didnt have any, they were completely deteriorated....
All I ask is that if u bring me a car to make str8, make sure ur str8, i hate getting the car on the rack and find out its got a ball joint falling out or a idler arm about to become roadside attractionLast edited by LtMercDaddy; 11-07-2006, 07:38 PM.1987 MGM 126K 2" True Duel flowmaster 40's 3" tipped exhuast, Tinted 20% all way round, individual bank A/F guages, tach.

not bad at all, you upgraded to the newer style upper control arms right? u still got the stock adjustment on the frame rail plus the eccentrics on the new control arm, u can get ALOT of caster out of that setup1987 MGM 126K 2" True Duel flowmaster 40's 3" tipped exhuast, Tinted 20% all way round, individual bank A/F guages, tach.
