And why would you be worried about it resting on the balancer?

Quick question.
Would you guys use the fel pro gasket that came in the gasket kit? Or would you just use the one that came with the water pump?
Im taking a lunch break atm hehe. Ima try to find my wire wheel And maybey even try to clean them bolt's while im on break. And also eat! hehe

the crankshaft snout. Clean it up with the steel wool, spray some pb blaster on it, and install the balancer. Make sure you have at least 1/2" or more of the bolt threaded in before it starts pulling the balancer on. If its not on far enough, smack it a couple times with a rubber mallet to push the balancer on. Don't want to strip the threads out of the crankshaft from not having enough threads in.
