thanks mrltd.
the reasion i dont use a fual cell is cuz im broke due to school. a mustang
tank is easy for me to get free. i've got a couple of friends restoring old stangs. One friend is making one into a drag car so he gave me his old tank. i can barely afford the steel and consumables for this project.

does any one know where to Get body mount bushings.
When i cut out the floor of my trunk i removed the origional ones and they fell
apart. I've built a new floor brace and i need to bolt it in to check for
clearances before I weld it in.

i went to the local ford dealership today to inquire about bushings . they said there are uppers and lowers. lowers are inside the freme rails, uppers are between the frame and body. the parts guy said the uppers are discontinued. And they are the important ones

try the Napas, Advances, maybe even AutoZone. It's not such a critical part as to worry about who made it.
actually, i tryed all of them first and it is harder than you think. try doing a search
on the net. the only thing i found so far comes with a lift kit for a
chevy..
