need to install rear seat belt buckles and a lap belt

for whatever reason, somebody removed a set of the rear buckles and the lao belt how involved is it? is there just a nut on the other side, cause right now theres just a hole and i can see my driveway

Its a threaded hole. Just need the bolt to run it back down. T45 Torx I think.
