06 Grand Marquis Speedo, RPM, Temp & Fuel Gauge Repair?

Recently purchased a low mileage 06 GM with cluster issues. Previous owner said one day the cluster stopped working. Blinkers and air bag lights work on cluster, however everything else doesnt. I’ve read some sodering can repair these clusters. I have mine apart and am wondering which points on the motherboard need repair? Any tutorial videos online are all Crown Vic. Otherwise I’ll have to send it out for repair. Appreciate the help.

Typical spots are the through hole stuff for the connector and the screen. Look at the solder joints and if you see a line (crack in the solder) or the thing wiggles in place, reflow that solder joint. Once you've done all the broken solder joints, it should work.

Appreciate the input. Unfortunately I didnt see any broken solder joints. Im thinking they may be underneath the screen which I cannot access because the plastic perimeter trim. The Crown Vic clusters are straight forward. These not so much I guess. I may have to send it out for repair then.

The pins on the screen should go through the board. I'd be looking at everything from the back side of the board and checking solder joints on through-hole stuff. Anything surface mounted on the top should be fine. I zoomed in on the pic and see plenty of pins from the screen going through the board and look like they don't have enough solder on them. I would definitely check from the back side of the board.
