almost ready... just need the cig lighter relay (tap that to the ACC circuit so I can have my power adapters left plugged in on the trip). Also another "surprise" if I can get it done, but it's not needed for the trip. Can go as is.

I need to relay my cig lighter too. Handily since its all living in the pod with the gauges, I can simply tap the feed for the control relay off the gauges and break the wire that feeds the lighter. I don't have any relays on hand tho, so that needs sorting first.

I keep buying those 5/10 packs of relays and harnesses off amazon... I have plenty. May do that tonight.

Just checking, is Aug 7th - 11th still the official date???

I probably wont make it the whole 4 days again, but by golly I'll be there!!!!!!!!

The same co-worker's wife has a birthday that weekend, and he always takes off the week before or after for a beach trip, so it winds up chopping a day off of that long weekend for me. Being that there are only 3 techs at the shop, my boss doesn't like more than one off at a time....

Chances are there won't be any train horns this year.

Cherry is leaking coolant and oil, leaves a nice puddle when she's parked. So Luxo will probably be making his SF debut.

Lower intake went I bet, not a big deal to fix. But OK, if no train horns, then someone else will have to step up... Who has an air horn? Speak up now!

I've been wanting to get big rig horns for a long time... still not going to get any unless someone gives me a set.
