My muffler recommendation for stock Panther mufflers is: None. Straight pipes on a small diameter system isn't very loud on these cars, and sounds beautiful if the pipes are done right.

I think Epi's car still had no mufflers when I rode in it, and it really wasn't that bad. Basic HO upgrade, 2" dual exhaust IIRC.

My favorite muffler from the Sounds of Dynomax feature? The QuietFlow.
Nope. I did a single 3" on a Ram 3500 Van and the Dynomax Ultraflow welded(Aluminuzed) was $220 my cost. The stainless Magnaflow was $118(Both were 3" offset in Center out 18" body)

The Vic had a 2.25" 14" body offset/offset Magnaflow for $89 while the identical Ultraflow Welded was agin $180ish.

The price differance is bloody retarded here.

Meh, still an Ultraflow. Glasspacks are more cheaper and perform about the same.

That they do. Though, the larger case does cut the higher notes out alot though leaving it much smoother sounding.(18"+ case designes anyway)

This is the part # that I would recomend. Should be a near stock fit other then the 2.25" inlet and outlet.

                  http://www.magnaflowstop.ca/product/11265

                  P/N: 11264 is a 2" in/out and P/N: 11266 is a 2.5" in/out.

11234 is still 2" offset in/out but 14" for a bit more noise.

would stock 08 mustang GT mufflers be of any use to my vic for my dual exhaust upgrade? Found a set pretty cheap and I wasn't really planning on using them, but I'm just curious

I posted the number for Walker adapters a few posts ago ... are you intending to ask for that number, or are you saying that you know of one that's cheaper?
