My muffler recommendation for stock Panther mufflers is: None. Straight pipes on a small diameter system isn't very loud on these cars, and sounds beautiful if the pipes are done right.

My favorite muffler from the Sounds of Dynomax feature? The QuietFlow.
The Vic had a 2.25" 14" body offset/offset Magnaflow for $89 while the identical Ultraflow Welded was agin $180ish.
The price differance is bloody retarded here.1990 LTD Crown Vic w/ dead 5.0

This is the part # that I would recomend. Should be a near stock fit other then the 2.25" inlet and outlet.
http://www.magnaflowstop.ca/product/11265
P/N: 11264 is a 2" in/out and P/N: 11266 is a 2.5" in/out.
11234 is still 2" offset in/out but 14" for a bit more noise.Last edited by 351m; 09-30-2009, 11:37 PM.1990 LTD Crown Vic w/ dead 5.0
