    finally painted

    after 3 yrs of driving the car with a primered front end and a couple spots on the rear quarters i broke down and pulled off the molding on the sides and did the filler body work to straighten her out and some small rust repair , also took the badges off the rear decklid and painted the inserts on the grill black ,heres the picks hope you all injoy her as much as i do i repainted her dark ink blue it was a mercury sable color in 08/09

      now just maybe if i work hard enough i can make the car of the month one of the months/years thanks again i havent be so happy to drive my old merc in a long time the marauder is sitting on the driveway with dust on it :-/ but i'm thrilled to have people stairing at the car since it sits almost 2 3/4 in lower than stock and the old men flock to it at the stores

                    I also like the lack of wheel arch trim. Makes it look longer and sleeker. Again, very nice!

                              I'm loving that color man! Now some 16's LSC or Hpp wheels would look awesome on it. I also like the vinyl top look on this car too. Not a big fan on vinyl tops but this one looks good. It goes with the car.
