    Found you by accident...

Yes it is true. While searching for something to help me decipher my 91 GM dataplate, I found this forum. Low and behold, I even found what I was looking for. Thinking I might stick arround for a while though. Maybe I can learn a few things about my car. Like how to avoid spinning the teeth off of my speed sensor gear. I would explain, but this is a forum of men, and I am so not dealing with that setup. Post a few pics of my baby sometime shortly.

What town are you in? Not a whole lot of members in the IL/IN/MI/OH area, but I know of one near Fort Wayne and two over closer to Gary.

It was not meant to be stereotyping the site. I just so did not want another guy reprimanding me about taking care of my car. I do all my normal maintenance, and even know how to do some minor body work. But I also like to go fast. I bought a land cruising V8 monster for that specific reason. When foot meets gas, gas has met floor. It just happened that the 20ish yr old next me in the rush rocket wannabe needed to be taught a lesson about what a real car is. Besides those pony's like to let loose, why else are they there.

Well GM is back on the road and fully operational. Replaced the VSS gear, and we are back in business. The best part was the local Ford tech offering to buy my panther. I gave him a little grin, brought my baby to life and growled away. Sucha pity that he did not think a woman could appreciate a car like mine.
