I've gotten a few parts from Bill at TeamFord, but I think I had Scott order them all when he was ordering other stuff. My EGR solenoid came from there along with my HO dipstick and tube. Think my rear brake cables also came from there, since the aftermarket cables apparently do not fit properly for rear disc conversions.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

ask for tune-up grease, or describe it as the stuff that you put on the inside of plug wire boots. they might know what you're talking about then. If not, its usually in the same area with the RTV and other sealants. Not really sure why its there and not with electrical stuff but every store I've ever looked for it has had it there next to the rtv and the disc brake lube.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

Words of Wisdom: Be sure to depressurize the system before you start to take anything off. I think they have the inertia switch in the trunk. You could trip that while the car is running, then the pump won't be supplying gas to the engine, and the system will depressurize and the engine will die. You've just depressurized the system.

when you ordered the part did it say "shipped from remote location" or something like that??
I ordered 6 parts from them at the saem time before... 2 came in 3 days, the others came within the week...
autozone has the grease mang -make sure you get NON conductive grease... the package should say socket/connector grease or something simmilar. If you fill up a socket or connector with conductive grease, you will short the whole thing out.Pete ::::>>> resident LED addict and CFI defector LED bulb replacements

okdokie, well went on a hunt for three things today, dielectric grease, a vaccume gauge and a fuel gauge.
Well, i got the Di E. Grease cost 8 bucks dear lord hehe, and i got a quesion on it.
It dosent say anyhre on it conductive or non conductive. It says Electronic ignitions GM Modules ford rotors and connections all electronic ignition module connections.
So is this the stuff i needed?
The other tools i went after no one had agine, granted i only ent to my two locale parts houses..
NAPA didnt even know what a vacume gauge was..... :wth: They said "Theres no vacume in a car or truck.. I wanted to slap him...People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.
