Rear section of the car looks longer but I am not so sure that the frame is different in length.

IIRC the frame on the wagon is longer in the cargo area. A few inches The rear seat floor is small like on all the rest. No long doors.

HPP box was my second guess. It's been sleeping for too long! Assuming you'll keep it a 5 speed manual?

Nope. Only need one standard box.

I thought the HPP was the one with the T5, the blue car on Torque Thrust wheels.

It is/was, that entire drivetrain will go into the 87 Colony Park.

The HPP box will be reborn as the Sport Box.

Essentially, I'm trying to create my vision of the the perfect DD box, which is what I originally bought the car to be. Somewhere down the line it turned into the exact opposite of that.

It will literally be an 04 sport, with the 89's body on it.

When I find some C heads and an intake for cheap, I will.

The perfect daily driver has a manual transmission, just saying. Down the road you may regret going with a slushbox.

It's nice that he's got the ability and hopefully workspace to change that down the road if that proves to be true.
A Sport with gears and headers is fun to drive, with a box body, even better since emissions exempt.

I dream of one day putting a Coyote in a Marauder with a T56, and a Procharger. Nothing says hot rod like dumping the clutch and drawing 11's on the street.
