Pretty sure for the air temp. sensor i used a 9/16" bit and a 3/8" NPT tap. I think the suggested size for bit was 19/32 but 9/16 is close enough.

what belt are we talking about? The alternator belt is the stock size, and the AC belt depends what hardware you're running. AC with no smog is a 56" belt.

Water pump pulley pulled up onto pump and bolted up. Medium tension, just to spin the thing.

Also, I'm going to run the engine on the engine dyno in school. I need to come up with a belt that will fit between only the water pump and crank pulley? Anyone have a belt size that might help me?
Crap, i didn't mention that the air temp sensor tap size is 3/8" -18 NPT. forgot to include the thread per inch number.

I can probably grant that wish... I could use some help with the swap, I'd have to ask my uncle since if all goes well, the engine swap will be done at his house in the garage.

Thanks FatNasty!! Would you happen to know what the size of the coolant ports in the back are supposed to be? I want those done too, and I'm not sure if they're the same size as the air temp sensor or larger.

What do you need the ports in the back for?

If they are the same size as the one in the front for the gauge sensor its either a 3/8" or 1/2" NPT, leaning towards 1/2".

3/8 NPT sounds right. I've never actually checked though.

Does an EGR coolant line run there? I don't have them hooked up on either car. Don't remember where they even went now.

Yes, there was and EGR coolant line on the drivers side passage. I want to hook it up. I also want to hook up the coolant weirdness on the upper intake, maybe hook it up in series. Heater pipe to upper intake to EGR spacer to lower intake manifold port.
