I have to say, after spending thousands of dollars with Rock Auto throughout the years, they have let me down on multiple levels. I have been sent wrong parts (have to pay return shipping, seriously lol), boxes that where obviously opened, missing bushings, etc.

Any return and you are relegated to the whims of thier return algorithm....hit one wrong button, and its curtains....no way to edit your response or get a second chance. Window Regulator was shit, brackets did not.line up, went to return and accidentally hit "did not attempt to install", and guess what, they won't let me return this shit part (because its been more than 30 days since purchase, was not a wholesale closeout).

I will be writing a letter to the CEO headquartered in WI. If its not fixed, I will make sure word of mouth will get the job done. Absolutely ridiculous you can't speak to anybody. Oh well, profits above everything else.

Yes their customer service is a far cry from their early days. I hope they take care of your problem.
