        Needs some love.

        1988 Vic, Richmond Hill, $8200 (LOL) https://www.kijiji.ca/v-cars-trucks/...ria/1613358608
Looks pretty decent, but that price is something else.

'90 may just need a temp sensor or ICV/EGR valve in addition to the exhaust issue. The '88 may already be sold or removed from the ad.

Bet the interior and bumpers have already been stripped.

Not the most relevant entry here, but there's a 90-91 probably-P72 that has been sitting in my neighbourhood for the last few years, wearing recent letter sequence license plates with a temp sticker. They were living in the rental property behind the main house, and I'd never spoken to the owner, but I had left a note offering help finding parts or solving issues to see the car become roadworthy, as well as spoke to the residents of the main house who said they'd pass on the message that there was interest in it.

Anyway, the car disappeared a few days ago. I have my feelers out in the tow world trying to figure out where it went. P72 cars are highly prized for derby because they have the HD frame. From the topside, it looked to be a fairly clean, maybe low-rust car. Burgundy, no spotlight hole, but no vinyl top and correct P72 steel wheels.

With the value of junk cars still being fairly high, that one might never be seen again.

I had a similar experience with a local wagon. Stopped and spoke to the land owner, but the car belonged to a friend. Said he would pass on my info. Never heard a word. It disappeared one day and reappeared a few weeks later in the junkyard. It was rust free and 26K miles. Looked bad though due to outdoor storage for decades. The engine now lives in my 68. The trans will end up in my 88 more than likely. It's heart lives on.

When I think about the cars I've pulled parts from over the years, I really wish I could go back in time and save a few of them. They were just unwanted cars at the time.

Priced at $2600 Canadian, this is a reasonable deal in today's market and is dangerously close to derby car pricing. I've dropped the pics here for anyone not able to view it: https://imgur.com/a/ZOE2hws

Car needs normal work from sitting brakes gone through fluids etc.
Extremely solid car frame is solid floors bumpers. Hood needs attention for sure but works perfectly fine.
If you're planning on derbying it I'm good I want this car to go to a good home.
I broke my foot and ankle so can no longer work on it. I'm open to offers.

That '78 looks pretty decent for 2600 bucks. Its one of those if I had the space for another car I'd go look at it.
