Are the rear quarter windows held in by that bolt in the rear door plus the seal? Are they hard to remove? Looking at removing them to remove that chrome surrounding the window.

Yes. If you loosen the track, you can get that 1/4 window to slide forward.

When it comes to the passenger fender with the antenna. Is the only way to fish the antenna through the fender is to remove the cord from the radio and pull it through the firewall?

As far as I'm aware, yes. I was not looking forward to that with my 90 but it actually wasn't that bad. The 90 antenna plugged into an extension so you didn't have to go all the way to the radio.

Hello again. One thing I am having trouble with on my manual door mirror car is the passenger side remote mirror removal. The 'toggle' under the sterring wheel has a chrome bezel that holds the joystick under steering wheel dash panel in place. Does that chrome bezel unscrew or pry off?

I think there's a clip behind the panel that holds it on like the key locks on the doors. Or there's a panel nut holding it on from behind. Either way, you gotta get behind the panel to remove it.

The outer chrome bezel threads off, but its threads commonly seem to bind up so you might have to fight with it a bit.
After the outer bezel comes off, the plastic cover under the column can come off. After that, there is one more threaded ring holding the cable to the dashboard.
The chrome ring threads into the inner not-chrome ring, so it's possible they might come off together. But for reassembly, they should be done one at a time.

oh... it's like the electric mirror control on the driver door armrest. So many different mounting styles for all of these things.

Many painters just detach the mirror from the outside the door, mask the mirror and tie it away from the body when painting. It saves having to detach the control wires and pulling it through the door
